The space

This is a beautiful beach style home in the Diamond City Hollywood.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a private lawn and a heated saltwater pool with hot tub. The neighborhood is very quiet & beautiful, safe for walking & easy parking.

Bedroom 1 (2 Full-Size) beds, Bedroom 2 features a bunk bed with trundle sleeping 3. Queen sized bed in the master and 1 full size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Guest access

The guest has access to the entire property

GUESTS MUST BE 21 YRS TO BOOK
UPON BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A PHOTO COPY OF THE LEAD GUESTS DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK.
-ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 9:30 PM OUTSIDE, QUIET HOURS START AT 9:30PM. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL.**

Grill:
If you plan to use the grill, you are responsible for cleaning it with grill brush following use.

BREAKFAST:
Coffee and tea provided for breakfast.

**We allow only 10 people at the house total, including any who are not staying overnight.
